This notice applies to any image, photo, artwork or design (“Image”) you send to SK8 OR DIE LTD, trading as Teepig (“Teepig”, “we”, “us”). That includes Images you upload or apply in our online designer.

Your rights in the Image

By uploading and applying an Image, you confirm that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to it. This includes every right you need to provide, post, upload or submit the Image to us, and to transfer those rights to Teepig.

Photos, pictures and graphics

If your Image contains photographs, pictures or other graphics, in whole or in part, you also confirm two things.

• You are the copyright owner, or the copyright owner has given you permission to use it in the way and for the purpose you are using it.
• Every person shown in the Image has consented to its use, including its distribution, public display and reproduction.

How we use your Image

By uploading an Image, you give everyone who has access to it permission to use it in connection with your order, without payment.

If you do not own the rights

You are responsible for making sure your Image does not infringe anyone else’s rights. If a claim is made against SK8 OR DIE LTD because of an Image you supplied, you will indemnify us, as set out in our terms and conditions.

We may decline an order whose content is pornographic or illegal. If you have a question about copyright, please contact us.
