  • to reply to your enquiries

If your personal details change, please let us know at orders@teepig.co.uk. We update the personal data we hold within seven (7) working days of receiving new or updated details, so that it stays accurate and up to date.

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct anything that is wrong. If you do not want us to keep Your Personal Data for the purposes in section 3, you can ask us to stop. To do any of these, email orders@teepig.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please contact us.

6. Sharing your information

We may share Your Personal Data with any member of our group, meaning our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries.

We share the details needed to take your payment and deliver your order with the companies that process payments and deliver parcels for us. We may also share Your Personal Data with other third parties in these cases.

  • If we sell or buy any business or assets, we may share it with the prospective seller or buyer.
  • If SK8 OR DIE LTD, or substantially all of its assets, are acquired by a third party, customer data will be one of the transferred assets.
