The 180 T

The new T is here to make you rethink the t, redefining what value t-shirts can offer by bringing unmatched quality, versatility, and style to the printing and embroidery market. Personalisation

Personalised 180 t-shirts can be printed in full colour.  We do this by DTF (Direct to Film) and in some cases DTG (Direct to Garment). These processes  boast detail, quality and longevity for the wearer.
A personalised  180 T-shirt makes a great gift, ideal for light work detail, promotional campaigns for brands and band merchandise.

Turnaround

Turnaround for custom shirts is 3-5 working days approximately. We try to have popular colours in stock but if not we’ll order them in next day.
Delivery times stated, eg. Tracked 48, is expected delivery time only and is additional to our processing time.

To improve longevity wash garment inside out at 30º. Do Not Tumble Dry or iron over print.

How this garment is printed: DTF or DTG

DTF: direct to film

Your design is printed onto film with a white base and heat-pressed onto the garment, giving bright, durable colour on dark and coloured fabrics.

Ink is printed straight into the fabric, so on white and light cotton the print is soft and breathable with fine detail and full colour.

Questions about ordering

How much is delivery?

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is a flat £3.50. Tracked 24 and a guaranteed service are also offered at checkout, or you can collect your order from our shop at 7 The Triangle, Portishead.

How long will my order take?

In the UK we aim to have your order with you within 5-7 days. Popular black, white and grey garments are usually in stock; others may need ordering in from our suppliers. Need it sooner? Call 01275 840033 or email teepigprinting@gmail.com before you order and we will tell you what is possible.

Which printing process will you use?

This garment is printed in full colour by DTF or DTG.

Is my picture good enough to print?

We work at 300 dpi, and 150 dpi is fine. Images saved from the internet or an email are often 72 dpi and can look soft when made bigger, so the designer warns you if a picture is too small for its print size. If we think there is a serious quality issue we will contact you before printing.

Can you remove the background from my picture?

Yes. Use Remove background in the designer, or leave it to us: we remove plain backgrounds at no extra cost (white backgrounds are removed by default unless you tell us otherwise). Detailed cut-outs with shading or several colours may need extra editing.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes: 10% off 10 or more, 20% off 20 or more, counting every size in the order together. The discount is applied in the price as you add quantities. For large orders, screen printing can work out even better value, so get in touch for a quote.
