DESIGN YOUR OWN HEAVY LONG SLEEVED T-SHIRT

The Heavy T-shirt

Made from 100% cotton, the classic fit, crew neck long sleeve T is ideal for all kinds of garment printing. This slightly heavier T, with self-fabric shoulder- to-shoulder taping and a cotton/ Lycra® rib, provides a comfortable yet durable wear, making it a great option for workwear. ( we do not recommend, once printed to be washed above 40°C. Also do not tumble dry.)

Personalisation

Personalised Heavy Long Sleeved T-shirts can be printed in full colour.  We do this by DTG (Direct to Garment), DTF, sublimation, and screen printing. These processes  boast detail, quality and longevity for the wearer.
A personalised Heavy T-shirt makes a great gift, ideal for light work detail, promotional campaigns for brands and band merchandise.

Turnaround

Turnaround for custom shirts is just a few days as we try to have popular colours in stock but if not we’ll order them in next day.

How this garment is printed: DTG or DTF

DTG: direct to garment

Ink is printed straight into the fabric, so on white and light cotton the print is soft and breathable with fine detail and full colour.

Your design is printed onto film with a white base and heat-pressed onto the garment, giving bright, durable colour on dark and coloured fabrics.

Questions about ordering

How much is delivery?

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is a flat £3.50. Tracked 24 and a guaranteed service are also offered at checkout, or you can collect your order from our shop at 7 The Triangle, Portishead.

How long will my order take?

In the UK we aim to have your order with you within 5-7 days. Popular black, white and grey garments are usually in stock; others may need ordering in from our suppliers. Need it sooner? Call 01275 840033 or email teepigprinting@gmail.com before you order and we will tell you what is possible.

Which printing process will you use?

This garment is printed in full colour by DTG or DTF. Screen printing is also available: get in touch for a quote, especially for larger orders.

Is my picture good enough to print?

We work at 300 dpi, and 150 dpi is fine. Images saved from the internet or an email are often 72 dpi and can look soft when made bigger, so the designer warns you if a picture is too small for its print size. If we think there is a serious quality issue we will contact you before printing.

Can you remove the background from my picture?

Yes. Use Remove background in the designer, or leave it to us: we remove plain backgrounds at no extra cost (white backgrounds are removed by default unless you tell us otherwise). Detailed cut-outs with shading or several colours may need extra editing.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes: 10% off 10 or more, 20% off 20 or more, counting every size in the order together. The discount is applied in the price as you add quantities. For large orders, screen printing can work out even better value, so get in touch for a quote.
