Personalised performance vests can be printed in full colour.  We do this by a DTF, a process that boasts detail, quality and longevity for the wearer.
Sports teams and active individuals will benefit from customised Performance vests by having names, numbers, club badges and sponsors printed. The performance vest is also a great solution for marathons and organised runs which require charity organisations to be advertised. Furthermore, contenders in Cross-fit competitions find the Performance vest is a great choice to unify their team with distinctive customisation.

Turnaround

Turnaround for custom vests is just a few days as we try to have popular colours in stock but if not we’ll order them in next day.

Printed in Full Colour

Garments are printed in amazing full CMYK colour. Using a white ink under-base if necessary on coloured garments ensures all design elements look fantastic.

Various Processes

Using a variety of printing processes & techniques ensures the garments produced are of the best standard. Sublimation and screen printing processes are used for the activewear sections.

Quality inspection

Quality is important, therefore we operate a quality control procedure. Ensuring that no loose threads on garments and print quality is acceptable is just a couple of the checks we have in-house.

Use our online designer for your personalised performance t-shirt, avoiding the need for a proof. Use the template provided in the designer to place your graphics exactly where you want them.

Your design is printed onto film with a white base and heat-pressed onto the garment, giving bright, durable colour on dark and coloured fabrics.

Questions about ordering

How much is delivery?

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is a flat £3.50. Tracked 24 and a guaranteed service are also offered at checkout, or you can collect your order from our shop at 7 The Triangle, Portishead.

How long will my order take?

In the UK we aim to have your order with you within 5-7 days. Popular black, white and grey garments are usually in stock; others may need ordering in from our suppliers. Need it sooner? Call 01275 840033 or email teepigprinting@gmail.com before you order and we will tell you what is possible.

Which printing process will you use?

This garment is printed in full colour by DTF.

Is my picture good enough to print?

We work at 300 dpi, and 150 dpi is fine. Images saved from the internet or an email are often 72 dpi and can look soft when made bigger, so the designer warns you if a picture is too small for its print size. If we think there is a serious quality issue we will contact you before printing.

Can you remove the background from my picture?

Yes. Use Remove background in the designer, or leave it to us: we remove plain backgrounds at no extra cost (white backgrounds are removed by default unless you tell us otherwise). Detailed cut-outs with shading or several colours may need extra editing.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes: 10% off 10 or more, 20% off 20 or more, counting every size in the order together. The discount is applied in the price as you add quantities. For large orders, screen printing can work out even better value, so get in touch for a quote.
