Personalisation

Personalised Oversized t-shirts can be printed in full colour.  We do this by DTF (Direct to Film) or DTG (Direct to Garment) on white T-shirts for bigger prints. These processes  boast detail, quality and longevity for the wearer.

Turnaround

Turnaround for custom shirts is just a few days as we try to have popular colours in stock but if not we’ll order them in next day.

Printed in Full Colour

Your garments will be printed in amazing full CMYK colour. We also use a white ink under-base if necessary on coloured garments to ensure all design elements look great.

Tunnel Dryer for perfection

Here at Teepig we have invested in the latest drying equipment. Rather than compressing these inks into your garment once printed & merging inks unnecessarily, we use infra-red heat technology to dry your prints without any pressure whatsoever, leaving you with a print that is second to none.

Quality inspection

All garments are quality inspected and we will only send out items that we would consider acceptable. That means no loose threads on the garment and all seams correct. Each garment is made with passion as we are very keen printers.

Design Online

Use our online designer to design your t-shirts instantly, avoiding the need for a proof. Use the template provided in the designer to place your graphics exactly where you want them.

Your design is printed onto film with a white base and heat-pressed onto the garment, giving bright, durable colour on dark and coloured fabrics.

Questions about ordering

How much is delivery?

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is a flat £3.50. Tracked 24 and a guaranteed service are also offered at checkout, or you can collect your order from our shop at 7 The Triangle, Portishead.

How long will my order take?

You receive your order within a week. Need it sooner? Call 01275 840033 or email teepigprinting@gmail.com before you order and we will tell you what is possible.

Which printing process will you use?

For this garment we print white colours by DTG and coloured ones by DTF, so each gets the best finish. The designer shows which applies to the colour you pick.

Is my picture good enough to print?

We work at 300 dpi, and 150 dpi is fine. Images saved from the internet or an email are often 72 dpi and can look soft when made bigger, so the designer warns you if a picture is too small for its print size. If we think there is a serious quality issue we will contact you before printing.

Can you remove the background from my picture?

Yes. Use Remove background in the designer, or leave it to us: we remove plain backgrounds at no extra cost (white backgrounds are removed by default unless you tell us otherwise). Detailed cut-outs with shading or several colours may need extra editing.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes: 10% off 10 or more, 20% off 20 or more, counting every size in the order together. The discount is applied in the price as you add quantities. For large orders, screen printing can work out even better value, so get in touch for a quote.
